Arrival and Parking

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to ensure you can find parking and deal with traffic. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we will not be able to do your service; we apologize for the incovenience.

Canceling your Appointment

We have a very strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not show for your appointment (or call to give us ample notice) there will be a $35 fee due upon your next visit.  

Please, please, please respect our time as we do yours. We send out plenty of reminders and have our easy online scheduling system in which it allows you to move your appointment around.  If you cancel on us last minute more than 2 times you will have to book future appointments with a credit card to hold your appointment. We thank you for understanding.

Booking in Advance

All appointments are booked online. Please be sure to book in advance and always book your appointments when you leave. It is always best to book every 3 to 4 weeks for your Bikini area and every 2 to 3 weeks for your eyebrows - please plan ahead. We will continue to book appointments in the order they are received.

Payment Methods

when paying by visa or mastercard a 5% processing fee will be added to your bill.  when paying by american express a 8% processing fee will be added to your bill.  We do not accept personal checks.

Student Discounts

Must have a valid student I.D. at time of visit to receive discount. Must show at time of payment.

Refferal Discounts

We love and appreciate all your referrals. In order for you to receive our special gift on your next visit you must tell your referral your first and last name must be mentioned at his/her visit. We will create a gift card for you to use on your next visit.  It is very important that you tell your friend to mention you. It is the only way we can keep track and honor it. Thank you for all your loyalty and referrals.
